I got my account back! ^^

Yep, DA helped me reset my password and now that I have my REAL account back I couldn't be happier.

BIG thanks to all of you who sent notes and comments to DA's help desk on my behalf... and for all of your kind words of support during -- what I felt -- was one of the LONGEST 7 days of my life! lol

It sucked not being able to log into my own account for once... and having to sit around day after day and watch as some idiot repeatedly invaded my personal space, deleting my deviations and doing god knows what else...*sighs* Yeah, it just outright sucked.

But it wasn't so much the erasing of the artwork from my gallery that bothered me... hell, every drawing I ever uploaded onto DA is saved on my computer and backed up on disk. No, what really bothered me was the fact that I was losing all the comments and favorites I had gotten on those deviations. I valued every one of those comments and to see them get erased like that hurt me a lot more than I thought it would.

*shrugs* But hey, at least I'm back where I belong. ^^ I don't really know what the process is for un-deleleting artwork here on DA, but I'm going to see if I can get them to restore those 15 deleted deviations. I was told that it can be done, so hopefully everything will be back in place within the next couple of weeks.

*crosses fingers*

In the meantime I'm going to see if I can talk to Yahoo! and see if they can restore the stolen email accounts back to me. I know they that they are free accounts and that they are easily replaceable. But I don't want that hacker to have ANYTHING that belongs to me... not even a free email addy.

OK! Gotta go post this journal entry on my :a href="http://moonkitten85.deviantart.com">MoonKitten85 account now so everyone there will know that it's cool to post here again. ^^

Wow I must have been out of it b/c I had no idea that you'd been hacked. I should have suspected something when DA wouldn't let me respond to your comments, but I thought it was just DA being stupid like it can be sometimes.

I'm glad you got your account back and I'm sorry some fartface had to go and mess with your gallery. Seriously, don't people have anything better to do?

I saw on your front page you wanted me to note you but...yeah I'm slow and I didn't see that till just now. Do you still want me to note you?

Holy crap! I didn't know your account had been hijacked! That royally sucks! Why do people do crap like that? Grf.
